McKayla Wolf

Undergraduate SAC Chair in Music

Email:

My name is McKayla Wolf, and I’m a junior pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumental Music Education with an emphasis in Flute Performance. I grew up in Kaysville, Utah and moved to Salt Lake when I started studying here at the U. I perform with the University’s Wind Ensemble, Flute Choir and have been the Piccolo Section Leader for the Marching Utes the last 2 years. Upon graduation I hope to teach High School Band for a few years before obtaining my Master’s Degree and potentially a DMA down the road. I’m extremely passionate about teaching music to young students and giving them a high-quality education as well as experiences they can gain from and reflect on for the rest of their lives. I was motivated to join the SAC to help make my peer’s experience here at the University (and in the CFA) the best it can be. I’m extremely excited to serve my fellow students and the University as I fulfill my role on the SAC.
