Great universities do not exist in a vacuum; it is our responsibility to not only share current knowledge and create new research, but also to effectively engage with the community. The College of Fine Arts, its Auxiliary Units, and Professional Affiliates are committed to Community Partnerships at all levels. Our students and faculty regularly work in the K-12 school setting as well as in various other broad community efforts. The College's Professional Affiliates – Pioneer Theatre Company, Virginia Tanner Dance Program, Kingsbury Hall, and the Utah Museum of Fine Arts – all offer special programs for varied interest groups in the community, including extensive education programs for students of all ages. The College's Auxiliary Units - Preparatory Music Division and Theatre for Youth are designed to directly serve K-12 students.
